As Tribe Innovation’s Chief Training Officer, I guide the Facilitators-in-Training (FITs) through our certification process and equip our whole team with skills they need to deliver quality services. It is my job to provide them with the information and skills they need to become successful Facilitators once they graduate from the FIT program. I am also in charge of continued education for current Facilitators, through design thinking themed events.
