Phi Gamma Delta

THE CHALLENGE

Tribe Innovation worked with Phi Gamma Delta to derive the problem statement: How might we achieve ikigai (meaning “a reason for being alive”)?

During this workshop, facilitators took participants through the create phase of design thinking which included brainstorming, organizing, converging, and prototyping. Participants brainstormed career options based on their strengths, what they love to do, and what problems they see in the world.

THE Results

Participants ended the workshop with prototypes and plans for how to work on the careers they identified during brainstorming while on campus.
