ThE CHALLENGE

Tribe Innovation worked with the Haven to derive the problem statement: How might we improve The Haven’s feedback system?

Those who use The Haven’s services often aren’t in an emotional or mental place to want to give feedback, leaving The Haven with little information to improve their services. During this workshop, facilitators took participants through the create phase of design thinking which included brainstorming, organizing, converging, and prototyping.

ThE results

The two proposed solutions included 1) an event hosted by The Haven, where they would request feedback via an anonymous comment box and 2) the creation of an online chat where users can access the Haven’s services and provide feedback. Groups created a prototype layout of the proposed event and prototype representations of the online chat functions.
